     We would like to invite you to the 11th Annual Golf Tournament 'Fore Amigos' which will be held Wednesday, October 13th at South Lakes Golf Club, 9253 South Elwood. Jenks, OK 74037. Starting tee-time will be at 9 a.m.

     This year's tournament will follow a foursome scramble format.

     Registration is opened. Please review attachment.

     Also, 'Mulligans' will be part of the game for just $5 each.

     Entry fee includes green fees, golf cart, Hispanic sweet bread breakfast, steak lunch, beverages, goody bag, awards and prizes.

     Many sponsorship opportunities are available.
