The Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GTHCC) and its operating entities are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(6) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Code. Thus, investing in the GTHCC may be deductible for federal income tax purposes as an ordinary and necessary business expense, not as a charitable contribution.
